Highly recommend!!! Best surgeon in town. Everyone in my family has been to Dr. Puckett and will never go anywhere else. He genuinely cares about his patients and has amazing bed side manner. The beautiful ladies Fernanda and Erica are so sweet and helpful. The office does a great job making sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I've never had people excited to go to have their teeth worked on until stepping foot in this office.
I can’t say enough good things about dr Puckett and his team, everyone there are truly amazing at what they do and make you feel like family. I’ve had three teeth removed there and my experiences have been great, I’ve suffered with dental anxiety my whole life and trips are really hard for me, but they understood and worked with me so every experience made me comfortable and it’s really helped me not be anxious getting work done. Let's start with I'm a scary cat when it comes to dentistry, so I was terrified! Dr. Todd and his team, Fernanda at the desk and that fabulous Erica, who assisted and took extra care of me were all wonderful. If you have to have a procedure, know that they will tell you everything they're doing and provide you with both verbal and written post procedure information.
