I've gotten many parts from here over the last several years. Sometimes they are spot on and others they will send a completely wrong part. The people are very helpful and respectful most of the time. However, when I went the other day, my 7yr old daughter was with me. The guy behind the counter, was on the phone with another customer(or someone)and he was cussing up a storm as if my daughter and I weren't standing right in front of him.
