The associate I dealt with named Herbert was helpful, professional, and gave me the impression that he is trustworthy. While the service manager/associate I was told to speak with was out for the day, Herbert spoke with me and received the items, secured them, & provided proof of receipt of parts without hesitation. That's the proof of true integrity in my opinion. There's no better way to represent the company than that.
