I was referred to Dr. Puckett by a close, personal friend. She spoke very highly of Dr. Puckett. I arrived at appt about an 45 minute to an hour early. I was told that Dr. Puckett was delivering a baby and asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule. I choose to wait. I was taken back to an exam room and was told that the dr. would be in as soon as possible. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled time (not complaining, just context). Dr. Puckett is amazing - even though she has a very busy practice, she has always taken the time to not only listen to my questions and concerns regarding menopause and treatments, but she has gone out of her way to offer updated information on safe and effective research-based methods of better managing my symptoms. These methods have dramatically enhanced my quality of life. I truly appreciate her perspective and the information she has provided, and I highly recommend her.

I moved to st louis and have kept her as my gyno because of how nice and compassionate she is. She is incredibly open about if she can help you or why she has concerns about refilling any medicine. Literally no problems at all. She is amazing and gentle and I refuse to find a doctor closer to me because she is so great.

Didn’t listen to my concerns of pain and bad smell after delivery. Passed a softball sized clot several days after delivery. Always wonder if it could have gone septic.

Just don't. Look around before you choose a obgyn. I wish I had it's to late for me but not for you!
