Ever since the pandemic its been a trick to get a good primary care provider. Someone who takes the time to listen and works with ailments. Puckett Family Medical Clinic might be the one place where you can find good compassionate medical care in this post pandemic world! Ya never wait long, they're keen on treating you for various issues, you can get an appointment pretty quick, they are quick to refill prescriptions. I am a happy patient of Puckett Family Medical Clinic.
All I got to say is the older receptionist has to be the rudest person in Fannin County!
I do not at all recommend this place….Paul Puckett is so unprofessional and there isn’t a single doctor at that office even though they claim there is….Paul himself is only an MA and the rest of the staff are either NPs or RNs…..they gave my daughter her hpv shot wayyy too early and swore it was the right time…..my son had a very bad eczema breakout and Paul himself tried to give my baby a high powered antibiotic and steroid cream because he said my son had staph.
