We had a completely clogged line from the skimmer to the pump that another pool technician couldn't clear. David came by the day after we called, on the weekend, and spent a couple hours getting everything back in working order. He was informative and friendly throughout. I can't recommend Puck Pool Service highly enough.
Had a great experience with Puck Pool Service! David came out for a pool inspection and was incredibly thorough. He tested the water chemistry, evaluated the equipment (pump, filter, heater), and walked us through everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. He also pointed out potential maintenance and repair considerations. If you need a reliable pool inspection or ongoing pool service, I highly recommend David and his team.
Our last pool service just wasn’t working out for us and we read David’s glowing reviews online and just knew we wanted that level of detail as well as dedication. Pick Pool Services has been cleaning our pool in San Marino for only two weeks and we’ve noticed a massive improvement our pool looks cleaner and ready for summer already. David is a nice,easy going guy and his work is stellar.
David at Puck Pools sent his tech promptly to help clean and reassemble my filter and turn my green pool back to blue. I appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell me to new filter equipment. Although it’s old it still works. I appreciate the quick and professional service which is hard to come by these days.
I reached out to Puck Pool Service yesterday and was impressed by how quickly they responded. Michael arrived within an hour and a half, gave me a clear quote, and was back today to drain the pool with work scheduled to begin tomorrow.
