When I made an appointment here, I had read a couple negative reviews, and figured that happens to every business. I always thought negative reviews were written by people who expect too much from a business. This may be the only case where I would say BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU READ. If you need your glasses in a timely manner and prefer a business who doesn't lie to its customers, don't come here. I went in for my exam and ordered my glasses on 5/24. I asked how long it would take and I was advised it can take up to 3 weeks and to let them know if I don't hear from them by the 3rd week. When I haven't heard by 6/24, I called and got their vm. It’s been two months and I haven’t received my glasses that are fully paid for. I was told they would arrive 2-4 weeks and I ordered on April 10th. No one has taken action to find out where the glasses are. I have reached out every week since in hopes someone may be able to provide an accurate status on my glasses, but nothing. Plus each time I reach out it takes 2-5 days for a response, and sometimes they do not reach back out at all. I was told by the manager that it is the labs fault.
