If you are asked to use her for mediation don’t do it. Spend your money elsewhere. Claims she works so many hours on your case but doesn’t respond to anything. Met with her twice! Once for 30 minutes one day then tops 40 minutes another day. Coming to our meeting 30 minutes LATE. Not worth a retainer fee and definitely not worth this crazy invoice being sent.
Disappointing Experiences with this firm!!! 0 stars. Staff, Lauren, who primary answers the phone is very rude, abrupt and does not call back. More shocking is that the sole practicing attorney appears to careless about customer service - once she is advised does nothing to intervene. Very unprofessional. If you are having a hard time and needing legal assistance this firm will add to your issues as they are not responsive or appear to careless about a client's time or consideration.
