They don't rush to offload even on Sundays
1 star only for the check in staff. They were pretty nice. Got here at 3:30p. But couldn't check in until 4pm. Due to the line I checked in around 4:30pm and got a door right away. Only had a trail not quite half full and I'm just now leaving after being here over 5 hours. Had to pay a lumper fee and didn't get that message until about 40mins after no movement in trailer. There is overnight parking if u have an upcoming appt after 4pm same day or next day. You can not park after u have already delivered.
Great facility. From the security to the lady that checked in the driver in the office were all amazing. Great lighting, overnight parking after 4pm. Unloading process was smooth and quick.
6am appointment got here 530 am checked guard shack very nice lady at the window very nice put in a door by 615 am one pallet paid 126 dollars for lumper for ONE PALLET at 1138 am 4 1/2 hours later they call to tell me my paperwork is ready avoid this place unless you need a 10 hour break
i got their to be greeted with kindness. got a door right away. i didnt even back in 30 seconds and they were wuick to start unloading. after they were done it only took 2 hours total with unloading paperwork and lumper. i wil km defintly come back if i get a load to this place
