Publix were shopping is a pleasure. The individual service continues to be less each year. Dont get walked to items when asking location as I did 4-5 years ago.
Everytime I order on line pick up there are items missing. Everytime! Customer service is rude and argumentive. Will not put up with this kind of treatment.
It's pretty much just like every other Publix in Florida.
