I have always went to this Publix, but today they let me down in a big way. Almost a long drive for nothing, but I went next store to Wal-Mart and they saved day. Something Publix was not willing to do.
Never enough help. How can they only have one person on the lunch meat department.????? Very disappointed...!!!
Kind of disappointed, we just went to Publix and got a 4 pack variety of donuts and the chocolate frosted was not cooked all the way, it was very doughy. I thought it tasted very funny and half way through it got chewy, so I ripped it in half and it was very doughy. Update: I just called to let them know they might want to take the rest off the rack if they were all in the same batch and I was told that they cant do anything about it, they come premade early in the morning and they refresh them in the oven for 10 minutes...
Ron just tasted the pineapple/jalapeño burger.... He loved it! The pineapple dip was yummy as well
I normally don’t have anything negative to say about this Publix however this is the second time now I have gone for a Publix sub and have been waiting in line with just one person in front of me for longer than 25 minutes.. I completely understand if it is a line full of people that usually there is a wait because that makes sense. But when there is one person in front of me and it takes you 25 minutes to make a sub and you’re sitting there talking about why your ex didn’t call etc. it’s horrible customer service.
