Deli TERRIBLE customer service! 17 mins in line for 30 min break : asked attendant if they could tell me if they had tuna or not in back before I spent my entire break on line. They said no, I had to do line whether they had tuna or not. I don't eat anything but fish n veggies ( not much of an option there either) - disappointed & frustrated AND hungry

Super Bowl Sunday we pre-ordered 40 chicken wings with sauce. We were told that they no longer put sauce on the wings but would put it on the side. When we got the wings home they were dried out and not edible even after we put the sauce on them. They have to have the sauce on them once cooked or we will no longer be ordering them.

How dare you to allow your staff to treat your customers like shit. This has happened on more then one occasion by the same person/employee. Giving a hard time to exchange diaper sizes not even asking for money and to be treated like a thief, no their is not a receipt because it was a gift they were diapers not perishables and the items were bought at your store. It wasn't a half eaten sub that all of a sudden we decided we didn't like and wanted our money back. I thought Publix was so much better then this man was I wrong. ... read more
