Customer service is excellent. Bakery and ready made foods are excellent!!
Very disappointed with this Publix. I ordered items and paid online over a week before for my son’s birthday party with a pick up time scheduled for 11am. I did a custom cake and created it on the app. The colors for the icing was wrong. I ordered a pop corn chicken tray as well. When I arrived at the Deli at 11:10 nobody seemed to know where my pop corn chicken order was, the worker told me I had to wait 10-15 min, which I’m assuming is because my order some how fell threw the cracks and was never made.
