JOHN at the deli counter was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. "If you don't like it management is up front." So I talked to a guy who claimed to be a manager (Louis I think) who couldn't have cared less about the feedback from multiple angry customers in the sub sandwich line. There are so many bad reviews about the deli at this store....why would the store manager not do anything about it?!? I'll gladly make the drive to another Publix to avoid the rudeness by a few bad employees who should be managed better.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to Michelle & the pharmacy staff at Publix - Town commons for their outstanding care and professionalism. Michelle took the time to carefully review my dad’s medications, ensuring there were no potential drug interactions. Their diligence, patience, and willingness to answer all our questions gave us real peace of mind. It’s rare to find such helpful and compassionate service, and we are truly grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond!
