Placed deli order online. Watched my sandwich get moved around unfinished for 15 minutes while I shopped. Came back to the same status. Got in line to ask them to make it (now 10 minutes late). 5 minutes later I was called back up to say they were out of turkey. Four people are making sandwiches. There has to be a better way. What a waste of time for a process that takes longer and longer each visit.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Publix in my life until now. I ordered a wing platter and cupcakes for a colleagues birthday. When I got there the rep handed me a cold wing platter and when I asked her why was it was cold she was very dismissive. The cupcakes icing taste like medicine. When I say just about everyone was sick. 🤢
