I have been a loyal Publix customer in Braselton for 16 years, even before the current store opened. For many years, Publix provided exceptional customer service, which is one of the main reasons I continued shopping there. The current location is very convenient for me because I cook almost every day. However, the main reason I continue to shop at this store is because of employees like Philips, Miss Janice, Mr Arthur and the associates at the registers.
