Shopping is always a pleasure at this Publix location! Items are in stock so quickly especially with the recent storm!
I have not had a problem for 2 years, but today not a happy camper for having to wait 15 minutes to get a sub when I was the only next person. 5 people in the deli all saw me waiting for a long period of time and no one stepped in to get me on my merry way. However, they had time to look for a customer who stepped away and take care of his order and he didn't even stay for them to get it done. Online ordering is rarely ready at pickup time, especially on weekends when you've got places to be and the reason you ordered online in the first place. Deli/sub counter is just VERY frustrating. � The rest of the store, 5/5 stars.
My husband went to this Publix shopping when he spotted the Publix Meals Demonstrator. He approached her and she had just handed out a few samples when she hollered out "Who's Next" Well it was plain to see that my husband was next he was right in front of her but she turned and asked a Hispanic man if he was next. My husband spoke up and said he was next then she looked around and asked if anyone else was next! The deli took 5 minutes to figure a way to blame me for an incorrect online order. Maybe do your job, I have the email confirmation so stop wasting time.
