I’d like to say that I’m appalled at how the deli treats it’s customers. As I was waiting for my food I overheard the manager and staff member talk about and laugh at a customer. It took them ages to make my sandwich and it could have been cleaner in the area. The hot food wasn’t appealing at all. It looked as if it had been sitting there for ages.
