I'm a regular there. I go about 3 times a week. Sales are usually good and I like the fact it's close to home. However, I do not appreciate being asked if I'm with instacart almost every time I interact with this one employee. She'll say good morning to everyone at the self checkout but for some reason, I get asked if I'm with instacart (it's happened at least 6 times) even though I've told her repeatedly that I'm not. Publix is always a wonderful place to shop! The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a great selection of fresh produce, quality products, and everything is easy to find. I especially appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. It’s always a pleasant shopping experience, and I’m happy to keep coming back!

I wanted to share my experience I ordered some sandwiches at this Publix in advance and was unable to pick them up due to an unforeseen emergency I talked to Kristen there who was very accommodating and helping me figure out how to get a refund and then I also spoke to Amanda who called the very next day and offered me an even better solution for me... these two are great representation of outstanding customer service
