All the publix’s I have ever gone too are normally super friendly. The guy at customer completely ignored me and walked away. I said is anyone working here he turned like wait lady, no acknowledgment yet. Finally came back and gave me my tickets. This took place all before 8am. I don’t normally go to this Publix, I was shopping for my mom since has been looked up in her apartment, her only special request was EGGNOG , and you guessed it they didn’t have any.

2nd time this week, Ive order subs from the deli and I received bread so hard i could break concrete with it. This time was worse, I only received 1 piece of turkey and roast beef per foot long.
Let me tell you something. I have not been to our neighborhood Publix Pharmacy in four or five months. Marta needed her iron supplements refilled. So when we arrived, she wheeled me up to the pickup counter and basically said TADA! The staff came up and congratulated me on my weight loss, voiced their concern of my presence in the wheelchair, and immediately ordered Marta's supplements. Its their attention to their customers that I love about their staff. Thank you for your great service!
