I have been going to Publix consecutively for about 4 days since I found out about the storm. Everyone who works at this location has been extra helpful and courteous. I have been referring all of my friends and family to this location due to the Outstanding service. Today I waited at the customer service line and witnessed ugly attitude by some customers but the Pros at the customer service desk handled it with excellence!!
So my mom goes into publix (8245 NW 88th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33321) and grabs 8 gallons of water preparing for hurricane Irma. She is with my daughter who is 2, her granddaughter. It says 4 gallons per person. She goes to check out and the lady says "sorry only 4 gallons per person" and my mom says obviously " yes, I know 4 for me, and four for my granddaughter".
