The bakery department is phenomenal and Jesus did an outstanding job at baking, decorating, delivering & setting up my grandmother's birthday cake yesterday evening. I am a baker and cake decorator, but I did not have the time to take on this task and when I went to the bakery, from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Love, love, love the customer service and atmosphere. I will be doing repeat business at this store.
Love this place! Everybody is so nice and helpful! Big shoutout to Roseanne in the Deli and young James on the floor! You guys made my shopping experience more fun!
I love this Publix. Everybody is always extremely helpful. The people in the bakery ROCK. They are always doing something but drop everything to assist you and are so sweet to give my daughter her sugar cookie after dance class on Tuesdays. Vern over in the deli has one amazing personality. He always makes me feel welcomed and today he actually came around the stand to give me a cart because my hands were full. So disappointed !!! ordered a cake in March and went to pick it up an hour after the desired time and they had no record of my order. Ordered another cake last week for tonight and yet again cake NOT ready and and NO proof of my order. Even though I have the copies to my cake orders. So disappointed that my kids will not have the cake/cupcakes they wanted for their birthdays. I can honestly say I will never shop here again.
I love to shop here. Employees are so helpful and friendly.
