I stopped at this location bc it was on my way. Just went to eat an item from the bakery. Under the purchase sticker that you can see I discovered a sell-by sticker. It was a MONTH ago. Ew. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I took pictures, I'm happy to show them to anyone who would like proof.
Bakery Manager isn’t very nice, or sweet, she doesn’t like very many people. She is always has ugly look on her face as if she is mad at the world. The cakes are amazing. It just sad that I have to order from another bakery to get best customer service. I feel I been coming here 9 years, which I have because we station here. This one lady particularly isn’t very nice or anything. She is always mean and I’m paying customers it’s shouldn’t be like this.
Normally this place is great and everyone is always very helpful and polite. I frequently get deli sandwiches here for lunch, as it's near my job. Today the younger girl with glasses working making sandwiches at 230pm was nothing short of rude. She had an attitude and seemed annoyed to be working or doing her job. I said thank you and smiled and got nothing in return. Good customer service goes a long way, dear.
I had a flu shot at the pharmacy staff were very friendly and very efficient.
Ordered a number cake for my childs 3rd birthday. Instead of a number as pictured online It's a 3 on top of a sheet cake.� As a former employee I expected better but the publix standard is far from what George Jenkins the founder imagined....
Ordered a cake online, the photo had fruit in the middle. Got the cake, and there was no fruit, rather a gooey lemon pudding kind of thing. Yuck. Plus the cake was small. Not good.
We love this Publix location!! The staff are always so friendly and helpful!!
