Sarah at the self checkout was super helpful. She personally assisted me with a cash purchase after I realized only credit is accepted at the self checkout. She took the time to take me to a closed register and opened the line just for me! She took my cash payment and treated me with outstanding customer service! It is the start of the weekend and I was informed the meat department had NO ground pork, so I didn’t buy the ground beef either since I needed both. The deli told me Publix no longer carries their own brand of beef bologna either. They were also out of a common brand of block parmesan cheese. I purchased the last one, but actually needed two. What is going on Publix? DO BETTER, you’re not the only grocer in town.
