To the higher up management who is in store today.... I would immediately walk over to the Deli and Audit the entire excuse you have over there as a staff. The only girl doing any work was the girl making Subs for walk up customers. The whole rest of the sloppy "staff" was standing around with hands in pockets at 12:07pm.... With customers standing around waiting for orders. Absolutely pathetic... How does Krogers deli across the street run a better ship.... Absolutely Ludacris. This matter will be looked into deeper.

I went in to grab sandwiches, I was pleased to witness one of the deli workers recognize a gentleman who is a regular every Saturday and she'd memorized his order. That is top tier customer service! The store was clean and all the deli items were fresh!
