My experience was FAR FROM GREAT! I have never been treated so terribly at a grocery store in my life! Especially Publix where I know they take great pride in the customer experience. I came into the store for a sub and soup on Sunday September 6th. The young man who served me was exceptionally rude. Didn’t greet or welcome me, Rolling eyes, snappy remarks, breathing heavily when I asks for simple items on my sub, slamming veggies on the sub out of pure agony that he had to assist a customer. Stopped by the Odessa location on State Route 54. Grabbed deli turkey, a loaf of Cuban bread, and orange juice. All three were on the shelf and easy to find. An employee pointed me to the right aisle without making it a whole thing. This location's in the rotation now. Parked near the front and it wasn't a circus.
