I had a really great experience. The customer service was top-notch; the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Plus, the selection of fresh produce was impressive—everything looked vibrant and fresh. Overall, it's become one of my go-to places for grocery shopping!
Quality and service dives as prices rise, almost 2x per week at Southgate. The so-called corporate trial store has been through ups and downs in the last 10 years. Unfortunately more downs than ups. Only the senior cashiers are cordial. The high school people they fill the registers with are vacant, uncaring, and largely dismissive. I like this Publix better than most due to the location and the fact that it's in two movies. It has everything you need, an overall it's a great location in the middle of Lakeland
