Purchased a Oreo birthday cake for my birthday. It was dry, old frosting fell off. One of the worst cakes I have ever had from any Publix.

I went to the bakery to order a number 10 zebra design birthday cake. I brought a picture of what I wanted and was assured they could do it. I'm very upset with what I received! The 0 had no hole and instead of zebra strips it has sloppy vertical lines on the top and no strips on the sides at all! It looks like amateurs did it, not the professionals I thought I was dealing with. I had no choice but to pay for it because I had to have a cake for the party.
