Stood on the deli 5 mins waiting for help. Four people out on the deli area far end looked at me, one walked out of a prep room looked at me and walked back in. Walked away disgusted passing a Manager who heard me and went back to stocking his sales bins. Paid for the 2 items I did find and on the way out find a manager bringing in carts. I asked if the deli was open, it was. I informed him of the crap service and he responded he will talk to them. No apology, no please come with me and let me make it right, just I will talk... read more
Really disappointed with the online ordering. Should have learned my lesson the first time. This is my holiday sub, and that’s all the cranberry relish - only on one side. Waste of time talking to management, they don’t do anything about it.

Ugh....ordered 4 subs at 6pm to be ready at 6:15....get here at 6:15 and they hadn’t even starting making them. I have been standing in line waiting for my subs for over 20 minutes now. Way to go Publix Lake Placid, way to go. Didn’t realize it took 40 minutes to make 4 subs. Online ordering may not be their specialty...#notimpressed
Cannot order simple things like Lady Fingers...It’s not fun shopping at Publix anymore.One day they can get them..next week..forgot to Oder and then..Well we can no longer Order them...Which is it?
Love this store, the employees are amazing! Love Tammy the cashier, wish I knew her last name, she makes my day when I am in her line! Love the store manager Scott, amazing young man, he bagged my groceries on Friday! He was just wonderful though out the hurricane, before and after.
