People who work at customer service and most people who work at self check out are rude and mean. I don’t ever have any issues at the Publix near my house but on several occasions I have had to interact with rude employees here. Today was a young man at the customer service counter. Speaking with an elderly employee who made no effort to help, nor did he care and when I told him he was rude, he talked back and asked “how?” Something about this Publix is toxic environment!
The first I've ever been in that has an escalator to the shopping floor. It was pretty good for Publix they are always the highest standard in Grocery store chains. Lots of buy one get one free deals as always.
Took us 10 mins to get a half a pound of of deli meat. Salad bars unmaintained and sub area understaffed.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful, even in the deli dept.
