My first negative experience since they opened. Today there was a rude little man at the north entrance yelling at people to get in line! Telling them where to stand & directing them when to enter & which direction to walk, the power had gone to his head and he was loudly barking orders at people, some seemed frightened by his loud orders. I'd never seen this little jerk before. There is NO reason to yell at the customers, he needs reassignment to cleaning the toilets.
