It was a pleasure to see an employee who was full of energy and happy to help while shopping at Publix. Alaina should be on the management team.
The service provided by the staff at your store’s deli is incredibly poor—the customer service there is a zero. Making someone wait 10 to 15 minutes just to order ham or fried chicken makes it seem like the deli doesn’t even have a manager assigned. The staff’s attitude is disrespectful to customers, and it keeps getting worse; that is why I will never go back to that store again.
