Sarah, the deli manager, is one of the most kind and patient employees. She’s a staple for the company and Publix is very lucky to have her. I had a misunderstanding about the store hours and I was in the wrong. The store staff helped me locate what I needed and quickly get me checked out. Sarah made sure I was more than taken care of. If I see her again, I will personally thank her for her grace in my panic to grab what I need before they closed.
