Best.. don't shop anywhere else! I've tried before and nobody can top their customer service, quality, price, coupon savings or anything... ! Shopping is a pleasure here!
I love this store, at least the baggers, stockers, people up front and pharmacy. THE DELI IS HORRIBLE! Stopped at the dEli counter last night and stood there over 10 minutes, didn't get acknowledged and when someone finally realized I was there, they helped someone that had been there less time than me. No apologies at all. I guess I should thank them because I spend a lot less money at publix now that I only go to the dEli in an absolutely emergency basis like last minute chicken dinner.
I love Publix and especially love the Publix deli, but the deli at the Mission Trace Publix is beyond words awful (relative to any other Publix experience). The rest of the store is fine, customer service is excellent (until you get to the deli); I've mentioned this to the manager, but nothing changes. There are a small handful of deli employees who are excellent, but as a team, they are awful; this deli needs a top down management flush.
