I wanted to compliment Nicholas in the deli at the Publix at Avalon. I placed an online sub order and messed up the wrap. I called and he gave me grace. He cancelled the wrap for me and took down what I needed to order. He was sweet, and honestly made me feel like it was not a problem. They work so hard in the deli and I know how thankless customer service can be. I wanted Nicholas to know I appreciate how gracious he was with the situation and I appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Give that man a raise!!
Michelle in the deli department has the most kindest attitude and was so helpful during my visit. I have never had an employee be this friendly at a Publix.
