I wish 0 stars was an option. First of all, this place is crawling with the WORST customers. This publix in specific is just about on WalMart’s level of customer. I know that this is a public facility that anyone may shop at - however I do believe that certain locations have better customers. The amount of rude and obnoxious people in this one particularly is crazy. I know this is not Publix’s fault. Very clean and organized store!
The customer service at this Publix was disappointing. I approached a woman wearing a Publix shirt because I saw her stocking/restocking and wasn’t sure if she was working. I simply asked if she worked there because I needed help finding the tortillas. She looked down at her own shirt, paused for an unnecessarily long time, and then said, “Well, not really.” The whole interaction felt unnecessarily condescending and dismissive.
