Wow!!! Talk about customer service, the Florence Publix has it going on. I had my dog in the car and needed 2 items. I would have to leave my keys in the car with it running. I called customer service, told the young lady my problem, she asked someone to get them for me and bring them to customer service. I was able to run in and pay and right back out. THANK YOU!!!!

Overall, I think Publix is a wonderful market to shop at. I had an experience with the store manager today that I didn't appreciate at all. It wasn't his decision that I find fault with, but it was his attitude. Instead of saying he couldn't do something, he bluntly said he wasn't. This was after I had spoke with someone who had agreed to my request. I can overlook the policy, but there are more affordable options in Florence to have a manager speak in the tone that he did.
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this store! Everyone is always so kind and helpful. It's not easy grocery shopping with two kids under 5, and they always help unload my cart, carry out groceries, etc. The store is always clean and organized, too. Just a great shopping experience!
I have Super High Anxiety & OCD! I come to Publix Bc believe it or not this Colorful Organized Store calms my Anxiety && the employees go beyond to help you always. Thank you Publix
