I'm so disappointed! I ordered chicken this morning to be ready at 4. I just served dinner, and this has clearly been sitting in their oven all day. It's dry AF! The reason I ordered it was so I would have fresh, juicy chicken. Otherwise, I would have walked in and picked some up from under the heat lamps instead of waiting in line 15 mins.
Extremely disappointed with the service provided by “Izzy”!!! Making a 15 year old cry because of using coupons to help him mom out shame on you!!!! Yes I spoke with customer service manager and with the corporate office. But it’s just unacceptable!!!!
I always enjoyed shopping at Publix but I just read something that makes me even more excited to support this compassion chain. Since the release of the horrific videos of the Larson Dairy Farm, Publix has suspended all milk deliveries to their stores...thank you for caring. No animal deserves to be mistreated and it has to stop! Only cowards hurt innocent defenseless animals! Thank you again!

I ordered a birthday cake for a 20 yr olds birthday. I told the girl on the phone I wanted bright neon colors, no confetti or balloons something nice for a 20 yr old and if it was extra that was ok. When I arrived on Friday to pick up cake it was decorated for a 5 yr olds party with red, yellow, royal blue balloons and confetti. I was extremely disappointed.
