Excellent customer service
The staff is always very friendly. I love the cashiers and meat department! The produce is hit or miss. Overall it’s just almost everything you could want in a community grocery.
I was really disappointed at the service at Publix. Cashier Janet was horrible and disrespectful. There were discrepancies with my transaction and she mumbles under breath to the manager Geno while in my presence. I told both of them it was unprofessional and the cashier responds o laugh when i want to. What I wanted to do was slap the hell of her

Meat department is terrible. Bought what looked like 2 full racks of ribs. When I opened them one was full rack and one was a half a rack!!! Who wants a half a rack of ribs???! Nobody.
I just left Publix on Veterans, and the deli lady making sandwiches was so rude!
No fried chicken ready during the lunch hour. Went at 12:40-- it would be 20 minutes before more chicken was ready. Roasted chickens looked overcooked. No fresh salads ready to go. This is truly unacceptable.
