Unsanitary practices in the deli. wait times are ridiculously long. Making subs wiping excess condiments on a trash can and continued to use the same knife. when asked to get a clean knife she was Super rude slammed down everything she touched. Underlay dispicable attitude! Doesn't need to be working with the public especially serving food of any kind.
Bakery forgot to make the smash cake for my sons party today. I come to pick up my cupcakes and smash cake and when I realized and said something they threw one together. The smash cake is ugly and is red, white and blue. Those colors don’t even resemble the colors of his theme.

Totally unorganized. Will never order from them again, ordered on my phone and gave them 2.5 hours and it still wasn’t ready. Ridiculous.
They did not have my order that I ordered by phone ahead of time! Totally unorganized! I'm extremely disappointed and will never order there again!
The deli never has enough portions prepared. What should take a couple of minutes ends up taking 20 minutes. Plus when one of the deli associates just makes her sandwich and doesn’t even bother to help. Sue did great but Tamara needs to work on her customer service skills
RecommendedNever had better service at a grocery store. The produce department is top notch, and SO helpful and knowledgeable. This location is a bit far from my home, but I will 100% continue making the drive for the excellent customer service!
The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful!! Not all stores are as good as this location. Love it!!
