I just want to say your bakery went over and beyond with my sons birthday cake well double layered cookie cake. We had actually went to Walmart and ingles first and both places give us problems with doing this cake for me but my brother and sister in-law came there and y'all did exactly what he wanted and he's one happy 16 year old boy!!! He has never really cared for cake and he loves cookies so we wanted to do his cake different this year and you guys did and did it well!!! I am from Florida and Publix is my supermarket. Nice to know there is one so close to my home in Asheville. Beautiful supermarket with a great selection. I can even get my guava pastry!!!
