I love publix but this store really falls short of publix good customer service.
Love publix! However, this is one of the worse ones I've been in. Your employees are rude. Rolling of the eyes and passive aggressive comments are not appreciated.
The service is amazing ! They really know how to make you feel welcome. Thank you for being such a big part of this community I would like to especially thank Ms Tiffany for all her assistant.
I have always loved public but tonight my experience was less then good.. I came into the store to purchase dinner for tomorrow night an noticed the PF Chang's 22oz varietys were onsale 2-$5.00 great deal so I grab 2 make dinner easy for one night. I get to the register an they ring up 5.99 each so I said something an the cashier goes back an checks comes back an say oh no its the boxed ones. I lived in Port Orang Fl for 30 yrs I was a customer of Publix I love the warm Friendly atmosphere and the friendly faces that greeted you, The produce is always fresh and the store is clean . However we relocated to Madison Fl last October to be able to go back to our childhood we grew up in the country and have always wanted to get back there well now we have but we are very badly missing the one thing Madison Fl needs the most PUBLIX please bring a Publix to this country town we need you and a lot of Folks her are on that... read more
