Great Customer Service (+1)_855'485{0407} NO NONSENSE and GREAT SOLUTION!!!
I can’t say I don’t recommend Publix at Parkway Centre, but I was very disappointed today, 11/2/19. The store was out of so many things, especially sale items and bogo. Examples are the Marie calendar 4 pk chicken pot pie, planters lightly salted peanuts, 24 pk callaway blue water. The shelves seemed empty in several areas.
I will never shop at this location again. On multiple occasions as I am at the checkout counter, the cashier has not said a single word to me or even responded to me when I say “hello, how are you?” even though they just had a full conversation with the person ahead of me in line. At the least you could tell me my total. It also seems when I ask a worker in the meat department about a certain cut of meat, they get an attitude and ask me why I need it. I was at the Schomburg Rd. store in Columbus, GA yesterday. I have been having problems with my hip and wasn't able to get up and down from the motorized cart to get products off the shelf and Jason went around with me and helped me to get my groceries. I appreciated that so much. He was so nice and so helpful. He even listened to me talk about my grandchildren and great grands! What a great service and I couldn't have asked for anyone more pleasant to help me. Thank you Jason!
I really enjoy shopping here . Everyone is so friendly and today they all got into the spirt of Halloween . Giving candy out at different parts of the store and even had a face painting station ! Kudos!
