I was helped by Chad to get in my shopping cart for handicapped without hesitation. I spoke to his manager for his kind act to an elderly. Employee like him is an asset to the store. Good selection too Publix.

Tonight two large dogs were in the store one being a pit bull. The management said they weren’t allowed to ask if the dog was a service dog. Horrible, irresponsible and totally offensive and a complete disregard of others’ rights. The Lakeland, FL office will be receiving a phone call from me.
