Awesome customer service. I went to get a raincheck on an item and the wanted to check the back first to see if they had anymore. They did and gave me the whole box. Also a great place for couponing. Love it!!
We ordered our 3 year old's birthday cake online and at pickup time yesterday, it was missing! When it couldn't be found, another one was made with no time to spare. I was nervous as I didn't see how another could be finished in time for the party later in the afternoon, much less as quickly as it was promised.
