Had a terrible interaction with Ashley, the deli manager. My friend and I attempted to give kudos to the best employee in that area, Abha, and Ashley missed a simple opportunity to join in when we said she was amazing; instead Ashley said “she is just okay” and was totally serious. You could see how it negatively impacted Abha. Not cool. Bad management, bad customer service. Not what you would expect from Publix. I called the store manager and reported the issue.
