I normally don’t complain. but this is definitely not ok. I ordered the cake on top the only change was pink to purple. However the cake i got looks nothing like the picture. The middle of the sunflower is a huge blob of frosting and the original picture looks completely different. The border around the top of the cake is missing and the green isn’t even a solid green is mixed with white? I have never been so disappointed with a cake from. My local Publix allowed me to shop (Undisturbed) for the things my family needs, for nearly an hour after closing time. I had no idea they closed at 8:00 PM, for I went straight after work tonight. Kudos to my local Publix for the support you’ve shown to those of us in Healthcare working 12+ hour shifts. What a wonderful group of people we have, to work so hard and so diligently, to keep our Publix stocked and ready for our community while we all work together to overcome this Pandemic. I have been shopping at Publix for years, but this store (& others in Middle Georgia) has had a steady decline in the customer service and product department. I literally witnessed the store manager sit and gab with one of his buddies, while an elderly customer just a few feet away from them, struggled to reach to the back of the shelf to get an item. The store regularly stocks out of date items, leaves their shelves empty (or restocks in the middle of rush hour); their deli department acts as though they are doing you a fav... read more
management is rude.however some employees are polite.best cashier is Ellen Eggleston
Be sure you check all the dates on anything you purchase. Almost every time I shop I find products that are out of date this was purchased may 2019 and expired December 2018
Always a good place to shop.
