Deli customer service has gone to shit. I love shopping at Publix but when deli staff continuously gets rude and nasty about orders and online ordering makes you not want to shop there anymore. This isn’t the first time there has been an issue and won’t be the last time. A local to downtown Jensen, don’t think I will be coming back to this Publix until they fix their rudeness.

The delay service today was unacceptable! My 2 subs I got were awful! Didn't see anyone trying to supervise or keep the guests waiting moving along! 2 people at sub counter were confused! 1 person on the line and everyone else in the kitchen or restocking out in the aisle! Back to Baker Road where it's always a pleasure!
