Shopped at Publix today and was frightened when a cashier and "customer" got into a verbal altercation. Cashier was verbally attacking the "customers " and attacked her fellow employees when they tried to restrain her. Shelves in front of registers were knocked around, multiple cp-workers tried to restrain her as she was fighting them and verbally attacking the "customers". I shop there because it is a pleasant experience but not today. Very frightening especially if she is still employed.
I have always enjoyed shopping at Publix and this Publix is very clean and the people that work there are so helpful and nice. I have one question though, all the Publix's have been out of their brand of coffee creamer in the 35oz container for some time,what's the story with that?
I had a great experience today. I was very worried I wouldn't find what I needed. They had only two of what I needed on the shelf. I asked for help. They were very friendly they checked in the back and got what I needed very friendly from the deli to the cashiers thank you. I will be back.

The staff at this Publix is better than any other I've been too. The gentleman (in the bakery, and I wish I had his name), was more than helpful with placing an order by phone and making sure I was taken care of! Thanks!
