I work in a publix deli. Everytime I go in this store the deli people are wearing NO gloves whatsoever. I have talked to the store manager four times and I go in and still see no gloves. I asked someone to put gloves on to handle my food and he snottily said he had washed his hands and would not put them on. It's disgusting and why I stopped shopping there and will drive all the way to the other publix because I don't want hand sweat in my food...
So at Publix today I went in to buy the Stonyfield yogurt that is bogo. I got two had (2) $2 off coupons and the cashier said that the coupon read that I had to get three to save $2. I tried to explain to her that it read, save $2 on any 3 single OR any 1 large cup or mulipack. Well her Manager is just as stupid, She says to me I am reading you must buy three of any of them . I said never mind I won't buy any.
I ordered an online veggie sandwich in hope of skipping the line and picking up when I arrived. Not only was the sandwich out 10 minutes after my pickup time, they let off the spinach and tomato...OF A VEGGIE SANDWICH! Also my friend ordered a Cuban sandwich with onions, green peppers and banana peppers, which were left off too. What is it, hate these veggies day? I won't be ordering online anymore because chances are high they will not make the sandwich correctly. Better luck next time Publics.
Had a horrible experience at the deli, walked out not buying anything. Driving the distance next time for the new publix in deland.
We usually order 100 pieces of fried chicken from your deli for our church dinners because of the great quality and taste. On Sunday we placed an order and picked it up. Some how when the lady took our order she wrote down wings instead of whole pieces of chicken. Needless to say we didn’t have enough to feed everyone. When I called to complain the manager of the deli fried 100 pieces of chicken and delivered it to our church and was very apologetic.
