You go to Publix for the experience. The staff is super nice. The store is always clean, pleasant and welcoming. There are no supermarkets that can match this sort of awesomeness. #lovepublix
I love this new Publix near our home and the employees are always kind and helpful. The one complaint I have is that since the pandemic I have had to use the home delivery due to health issues. I realized I was paying higher prices along with a membership fee for the service I’m forced to use at this time. I’m sure many others have to use it too. It’s very unfair of Publix to charge more. I hope they rethink this policy.
I visited the store this morning around 11:00, during my lunch break. I stopped at the bakery to buy macarons for my daughter. The macarons fell out the packaging while I was checking out. The young man at the cashier directed to go back to the bakery to replace my items. The man at the bakery helped me immediately. There was a lady who gave me the third degree as to what happened to the macarons and made a beeline to the checkout line where the cashier was waiting my return. For several times I have been recomending to distribute baskets around the store , so customers stop throwing their trash inside the food carts.
All the employees are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The employees have a good positive outlook attitude. They all seem to enjoy their work and that reflects to the customer. Shopping at the store you get to know the employees. Even on a first name basis. As they say “Shopping at Publix is surely a pleasure.”
Usually it is great, easier than going to the Publix in town but bad stocking today cost me my $3.00 digital coupon. You need to spend $80 but they were out of the crock pot chicken and dumplings meal I wanted to try and out of Parmesan wedges so I wound up only spending $71. Now my digital coupon will expire in just a few days and of course I don’t need to do weekly shopping till next week. So irritating. 😒. Well, apparently nobody cares to monitor this page.
