I ordered a few platters from the deli and bakery online for an event yesterday. The bakery never received the order. The staff put everything together within an hour of the event, and they delivered the trays to my venue. Thank you for excellent customer service!
I had an experience at Publix in NA today that I'd like to share. I help to take care of my mother, as she is disabled and has many health issues. Today, for the first time in nearly two months, she felt like going to the grocery store and getting out of the house. We did our shopping, but by the time we got to the checkout, she had become very weak. Our cashier noticed the color draining from her face, along with Tayten, another employee.
